“We arrived late after our flight was delayed only to find that the door code provided would not work to gain us entry. After hours on the phone with VRBO we gave up. This was around 3am at this point after traveling all day. We couldnt get anyone from the property management company on the phone until the following day at which time they acknowledged that their keypad software was malfunctioning and they offered us less than we paid for the night back as a refund. Whatever you do, stay clear of……

“This is a 2nd floor unit with no ramp and no elevator. (that was NOT disclosed in the listing) The stairway is steep and has an uneven, unmarked lip at the bottom. I broke my foot on that uneven lip within 12 hours of arriving. I have not heard ONE word from the owner about this. The unit is not as advertised... it is not a fully functioning kitchen. The kitchen had no running water. It took 5 days for the owner to respond and tell me there is a sensor somewhere to make the water run. I……

“It was a very easy place to stay! Check in and checkout were exceedingly easy and the room was well stocked to stay in for a longer visit. The bed was very comfortable and laundry availability was nice”

“clean comfortable room, very reasonably priced. TWO blocks to all St. Pete has to offer. Furnished with vintage and antique furniture. Jetted tub and shower. VERY quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean with access to all common areas. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown St. Pete. Very safe neighborhood. (Full disclosure: I lived in this neighborhood for the past 10 years before relocating to NC. Returned for a wedding.)”

“Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay.”

“Husband said, "Parking accommodations were great. It was much better than a hotel. It was conveniently located. Balcony was great." I thought the accommodations were wonderful, I would definitely stay again. Loved full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer in the unit, big closet where suitcase could be opened out flat. Nice modern shower and two bathroom sinks made getting ready easier The bed was super comfortable and pillows were great. The only thing either of us think could be better is……

“Cute place! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room itself was cute, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. There was a slight snafu with the door code, and when I called they immediately picked up and took care of it. Great service. Walkable to a lot of great restaurants, parks, and museums.”
