(Initialement dans une chambre au 2e avec vue moyenne, mais l’hotel a été très reactif quand je leur ai rappelé que j’avais réservé une chambre exécutive) Vol la nuit suivante à 2h du matin: il m’ont offert la possibilité de rester dans une chambre jusqu’à 23h en attendant mon vol. A recommander ”

“The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. ”

My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. Aime was the best person on the staff. He made sure my husband and I were well cared for. When he saw us, he didn’t want us to carry anything. We also loved his commitment and love for his country! “J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités.”
