“Beautiful and charming all at once! We had a great time enjoying the house, the porch, the pool and hot tub, the yard, and the town and surrounding areas. Plenty of room for everyone and the house had absolutely everything we needed. Stunning views, too - it was hard to leave at the end of our stay! ”

“The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape.”

Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. “We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The house itself is huge. There are multiple smaller lounging rooms for a large group to relax in. The living room and kitchen have spectacular view over a lake with the Catskills too. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials and has a large dining table that fit 12. We loved the house and had a great……
