“We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect, close to everything! The room had everything we needed. It was just a basic room. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for us! We didn't spend much time in the room. The property managers are very responsive. They answered all of my questions quickly. They were great at updating me on everything i would need to know for our stay! Thank you for our great experience! 😊”

“Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2……

“We had a great 3-day weekend at this quintissential beach inn. It is not fancy, but it is charming and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really well- equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and we were able to cook fresh local seafood on the stovetop burners. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa was perfect for napping after an afternoon at the beach. The view of the saltmarsh outside our windows was amazing, and we loved hearing great blue……

“Property had access to a great swimming pool overlooking the bay and also a private fishing/crabbing pier. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We loved it!”

“We had a really great time at The Pearl on Marsh Island. i loved the location...the view was so beautiful. The place itself was very clean and cutely decorated. we loved the octopus on the bathroom wall!!! I also loved dealing With Seaside Vacations through the process of booking and staying there. very quick to respond and very friendly. ”

“The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The weather however was not but the owner’s library helped with that. Took the Saltwater Pony Boat tour and actually saw a small herd with 4 foals frolicking around their family, 3 bald eagles and turtles. Ate at a different restaurant for seafood whenever we went out. Would highly recommend Bill’s Prime Steak & Seafood. Also enjoyed watching the Coast Guard perform training maneuvers one afternoon! Would come down again when it’s warmer. ”

“The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money.”

“Plenty of space for everyone to gather or find privacy. The internet must have worked well because we heard no complaints from the teenagers who were online with friends when not in the pool or out and about the island. Great views. Spent a lot of time birdwatching off the porch. The rental management company quickly fixed the air conditioning when it stopped working. We alternated nights between eating out and cooking dinner in. Kitchen has plenty of space for food storage and to cook. Plenty……
