“I booked this hotel during our stay at Dublin. i booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with friends. The hotel was lovely and location was absolutely amazing. Everything was so close by there was no need for public transport or taxis other than to and from the airport. It was just across the bridge to temple bar and so easy to walk to both the guiness factory and Jameson distillery. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dublin. The reason for the 4 star was because both……

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“Hotel is very nice. Including breakfast was decent for buffet style. Having a room at the back of the hotel was nice and quiet, except for the seagulls at 4:30 a.m. But O'Connell street is really crowded, noisy and gulls and crows break open the garbage bags and strew garbage all over the sidewalk. Lots of smokers and vapers. A few homeless people.”

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
