“Overall a very nice, convenient location in the Rockland area. Host(s) were very responsive to a few minor issues. As it appears that this is actually someone's residence and not just a rental, it has absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine you would need, and of high quality. "Waterfront" is true but a bit of a misnomer as it is across the street and not really visible through the trees. The "beach" is rocky and not a place for a towel or swim - just be aware. There is room galore, tables……
