“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own……

“Central location close to trains, NoMad, K-Town, MSG and Chelsea. Very comfortable beds and towels. Would have expected better shampoo (they had Head & Shoulders) and a conditioner option, so not great for kids but I had brought my own. The space could have used one dresser in the double room and an over the toilet shelf to put toiletries. I felt like I had to put a lot on the floor everywhere.”

“The host communicated well and made sure all of our questions were quickly answered. The apartment's decor is fun and exactly like the picture. Super cute! The location is well into Harlem, so keep that in mind. It was about an 18-minute walk to the closest subway, so we used Uber the whole time we were there.”

“We had a wonderful trip, the apartment was exactly perfect for us. We did not end up using the upstairs room or bathroom so I can’t comment on those, but the rest of the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. There’s even a washer dryer in one in the kitchen that was very helpful! ”

“The host, Suzy, was in contact with us from check-in to check-out with great suggestions, help with transportation to the city, food and more. The place was walking distance to the train. The place was clean and cozy and had everything that we needed. The store across the street was perfect for our morning bagels and breakfast sandwiches before heading into the city. “Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. “The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. “i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some.
