“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I had a wonderful stay! Check in/out was efficient, with the option to Room was clean and larger than most you would find in New York. I d I had a minor maintenance issue at the start but the Sonder team was very quick in responding and solving it. ”

“Nice size rooms, though just a little tired-looking. Nothing major needed, just a little tlc. Staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Good facilities and a great location. Quiet, clean and felt safe going to and from. A short walk from everything mid/uptown. Very glad we booked. ”

“We chose this hotel as it is one of just a few affordable "apartment" style properties in Manhattan FiDi equipped to accommodate a larger family. The hotel is conveniently located near many metro stations, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and other retail businesses without having the added overflow of tourists and 24/7 activity that you would see closer to Times Sq. That said, this property lacks the traditional hotel services ie. housekeeping, restaurant, bar, room service etc that one……

“This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
