“The cottage was from a Hallmark movie. The owner Chad remodeled this nearly century old river front cottage to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need while maintaining the charm. Chad is a friendly and generous host and was always available. The cottage is in the side yard of their home but they were completely unobtrusive during the entirety of our stay. ”

“We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. The view is spectacular and the outdoor spaces are beautiful. There is some traffic noise from the highway but you can’t hear it at all when you are inside. “We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our primary reason for this vacation was to visit family so we pretty much just slept and showered at the cottage. We adjusted to the lack of internet and cell coverage by watching a dvd movie at night and enjoyed our time there. Thank you for opening your property!”

“Rustic coastal home with some special features. Location short walk to beach, front deck a great place to sip some coffee and enjoy sunrise, wraps to side deck with hot water tap for the outside shower made cleaning off the sand easy. And the hot tub is a great place to relax with the coastal trees acting as wind block and privacy. Was fun place to stay of my group.”
