“Location, communication, check in all great. Flexible with check-in time for an online meeting which was very appreciative. The unit is on the 4th floor, no elevator, so be prepared, we were. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Furnishing were a major let down. Stains all over couch chairs and rugs. Small dining table had all 4 legs broken and glued together, making it barely functional. Beds were average, disspointed in the cleanliness of the rugs within bedrooms (not even sure they……

“The house was literally perfect! The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The location was far enough away from main roads to be quiet at night and very close to dining options. I would absolutely stay here again. Ohh and they had a box fan. I like a box fan at night when sleeping away from home. So much better than a white noise app! ”

“First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. “We came to DC to enjoy the Cherry Blossom trees in bloom & see the history of our nation. We took Ubers to the National Mall & the Zoo which only took minutes to get to & from. The property was delightful, bright, comfortable. We stayed a week & never had problems. Since we flew there from NM, we didn’t have a cutting knife to use for the kitchen so that would be my only suggestion to supply one. Thank you for a great experience!”
