“Attraction was pool hot tub club house and pickleball court. Close to grocery store and restaurants and within walking distance. Close to hospital and Thunderbird Paseo Park which made for siren noise, helicopters and unhoused individuals. Bed had a memory foam on top of mattress and was less than comfortable. Screen doors hard to open and close and didn’t close properly. Patio off bedroom unusable due to it being very dirty and used for storage. Fridge made loud noise and laundry room doors……

“The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails.”
