“Unit was good but replacement of mattress in Master bedroom is needed. Upgrades in kitchen like more silverware and coffee cups would be a plus, had to use DW often just to have some clean basics. I was surprised to see no cocktail/wine glasses. Ice machine in freezer needs to be looked at and Walkin shower needs caulking, water leaks out onto the floor. Unit was clean. Good location. “Lovely modern apartment in a good location in North Scottsdale. Very high security not allowing any shenanigans on the property. Very comfortable bed. Large on-suite with walk in closet. Owners might consider wine glasses and a better coffee system. Not everyone enjoys flavored Keurig coffee. ”

“Condo is as pictured. Quiet, clean in a great location. You can walk to restaurants shops in Scottsdale quarter. Short drive to hiking and golf. Recommend Paris Baguette close by for breakfast. There is a nice pool workout room and even a ping pong table! ”

“This unit is perfectly set up for two couples! We stayed for four nights. There is Scottsdale Quarter very close in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping! Unit is clean and quiet. Messaging the company is easy through the VRBO app. They don’t respond right away, but usually within 30-60 minutes. The property offers many amenities, but know that the company who rents this unit doesn’t have any ability to fix the amenities. While we were there the golf simulator wasn’t working and……

“great location - walking distance to mall and Kierland golf courses. Well appointed space with a great kitchen, huge washer/dryer, and comfortable furniture. Covered outdoor parking spot. Upstairs so not great for mobility challenged. Check in was easy but a bit tricky finding the correct building number and parking space in the dark. King bed with pull out sofa (that consumes most of the living room) not ideal for extended stays with more than a couple. ”

“This property is large and clean. There are shopping and dining options across the street which is convenient to walk to. The only suggestions I would have is to provide larger bath towels and more light in the bathroom. I would definitely book again if I'm back in the area!”
