“Searching for a safe place in Phoenix is difficult when you aren’t familiar with the area. This home is in a cute safe neighborhood with a comfortable bed! Everything we needed for this trip. There are some shops within 10-15 min walk but a car is needed in this area. ”

“From check in to checkout, Charles was a great host! The room was perfect for our needs. Besides the amazing location we needed, it had all the amenities - full kitchen for cooking, laundry machines, and an amazing bathroom space (and more). The patio was shady and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and will try and reserve it again when I come back.”

“This owner thought of everything. One of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in as a family. Conveniently located to everything in the Phoenix area. 15-20 min to Sky Harbour car rental/airport. Kids had fun on the artificial turf. Feels like a secure area. Close to stores, restaurants. If we travel again to this area, we will stay here again.”

“Quiet nice neighborhood. Convenient location for our event. Felt safe & secure. Casita was clean. Not the most comfortable mattress. The casita has several unnecessary pieces of bedframe storage addition thst take upnspace that.could be used for a small table so we could have had our meal not on the bed or floor. “Lovely guesthouse in quiet residential community convenient to many golf courses and hiking trails. Property amenities including private on-site pickleball court and pool were top-notch. “When we called to specifically ask if a drip coffee pot would be in the room. We were told yes. We drink a special kind of coffee and there was no drip coffee pot available. Just a pit for boiling water for tea or INSTANT COFFEE. Very disappointing.”
