“This is our first stay at a house. The place was really nice and enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nicely equipped. We only had an issue with the sun shade near the pool. The bar fell down but luckily it didn’t fall on anybody. ”

“I came down to Phoenix with a few buddies of mine for a golf tournament and stayed at this property. The actual property looked exactly like the listing which is a bonus for us because in our experience, that’s not always been the case. The property was extremely clean and the pool outside was extremely peaceful. The most impressive part for myself was the ease of checkin and the attentiveness of the hostess which was exceptional. “Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to……

“We came down to watch the Mariners at Speing training. The house was easy to find, easy to check in. House was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was well organized, items were easy to find. The ping pong table was a hit. The pool and hot tub were nice. “Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with ceiling fans and big TV’s in every room.The pool is very clean, perfect size and really refreshing in the high temps. Pool towels are provided. The beds are truly superior- very very comfortable with super nice linens. The bath towels are also very good quality.A fully supplied kitchen and laundry. I really appreciated being able to park my car in a shady spot under the carport. This house is just a few blocks from an access point to the Arizona Canal……
