“In town for grandson’s HS graduation. The house was excellent. Clean, well supplied, closed to shopping and food. Only downside was noisy neighbors in the morning. Dogs barking and a very loud vehicle that you could hear all the way to the 101. A relatively minor complaint that the property owner can’t do much about. ”

“We had a large amount of family come into the greater Phoenix area for a funeral so we saw a lot different accommodations available and this house by far was the best. The location was great. The house was spacious and comfortable. But the really wonderful part was Erika. If we had questions or an issue she was very quick to respond and was very focused on us enjoying our weekend. Staying at this house is a sure fire way to maximize your enjoyment of the Phoenix area.”

“Property manager was very responsive and friendly. This home does large family gatherings very well. Lots of space. Tons of indoor and outdoor games. We never had nothing to do. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice and cool to beat AZ heat. We had a great time creating memories together. ”

“Wonderful House for our large group enough bedrooms, towels and sheets to go around and pillows. Kitchen area was wonderful to have dinner in all together. Everything we needed for cooking and enjoy the space. They thought of alot for the kitchen. Including ice machine. The outside is absolutely beautiful, with the pool Jacuzzi setting. And getting it heated in the wintertime made it agreed to get in and enjoy. Lounge areas for everybody, the barbecue rocked. Alot of toys to keep you busy in……

“Es war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Die sehr nette Gastgeberin hat uns Insidertips mit dem Auto gezeigt, Orte in der Nähe, die wir so nicht gefunden hätten und die wir dann alleine erkunden konnten. Beide waren Gastgeber waren nett und herzlich, es war familiär. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Jesus, für uns war das vollkommen gut, da die Lage dadurch sehr schön war”

“Loved the place and everything it had to offer! The only tiny issue I had was navigating our luggage up the gravel pathway; not an easy task. Just walking down the path, you gain momentum and it could be dangerous. Is it possible to install a railing? ”

“Property clean, beds comfortable. Lots of space. It took about 5 hours for the converted garage room to cool down with the mini split air conditioner that is there. The mini split was leaking significantly, running down the wall and soaking the area rug. Home is very clean and well equipt with utensils, dishes, etc...Back sliding door could use some attention(grease), backyard string lights do not work, making the yard dark at night when it is cool enough to play.
