“We had a perfect stay here. The property was truly stunning. It is a split level, which was little interesting for the layout, but it was great. We utilized every bedroom. We had 5 couples and 1 adult with 2 grown daughters, which worked out great for the room with 3 beds (Minnie mouse bed is in this room). We did not end up getting into the pool, but it would have been a comfortable temperature without heating it in mid April. But we still enjoyed sitting out by the pool. All of the towels……

“I cannot say enough, good things about this property and the host! First, the property… It’s exactly as advertised, well, probably even better. When they say it’s a compound they are not kidding. You seriously can come & not leave the property for the entire stay there is so much to do. They have hundreds of board games, the game room full of every fun game you can think of, beer pong, cornhole, basketball, putting, fire pit, gym & of course the pool/hot tub- endless things to do! If you do……

“I contacted the property manager in need of a last minute reservation and he responded right away. He also went out of his way to help us with things we needed. This house is beautiful and fit all of our needs. The master is a bit away from the other rooms which was nice for my step mom to get quiet time. The rooms were great and the kitchen is beautiful but the highlight for us was the backyard and the games to pass the time. I can’t say enough nice things about this house and the property……

“Great home for multiple families getting together! The kitchen was very well stocked and each bedroom having their own en-suite was fantastic! The outside space and pool were lovely with an outdoor grill that worked great! With the number of people we had, additional pool towels would have been nice. My only complaint was that while the tenant book advertised we could set the thermostat down to 70, it was locked and set at 74. We reached out to the management company and they dropped it to 72……

“This home was fabulous! Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a feast for 6ppl. Pool was perfect size for a small gathering. The neighborhood was very quiet and just about a 7min drive in either direction to find grocery stores, etc.The owners were VERY responsive when we had a beeping smoke alarm that we could get off...Overall just a fantastic house and we will definitely be back”

“There were 9 of us from 4 generations with ages of 1-84. We had a great time. Pool was great for the hot weather. Communication with host was quick and the neighborhood is safe. House was located near a grocery store and fast food. The 4 day staycation was a perfect quiet getaway . ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was in a good condition in a nice area of town. Quiet, and about 20miniutes to the golf courses we were playing in the North-East, and 20 minutes to Old Scottsdale. Beds were comfy, even the one guy who ended up in the rooms with the bunks (they are doubles so fit an adult). Pool was freezing this time of year, but the hottub was nice as were the other games/things to do in the home. Kitchen had the basics, note there is nothing in the fridge/left……

“This is a nice house in a great location- close to freeways, food and shopping. The house is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is sparkly clean and a really nice way to spend time outdoors when it heats up. There are no stairs at all, so perfect for all ages. There’s a nice pool table and a good TV.The kitchen is a bit sparse if you’re planning any real cooking you may need to bring a casserole dish and a large bowl. Also could use plastic ware for the pool area.We really……
