“Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us.”

“We came to Phoenix from Lake Havasuto get some medical work done at barrows spine Institute. The house was just perfect just as advertised and shown on the website. The host and hostess were very good. Also, nice little house in a great little district. My wife and daughter really enjoyed all the nice restaurants around there. Thanks again.”
