“This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and he looked at me and said why. I handed him over the napkin with the bed bugs in it and he told me a manager would call. I never received a call back. Called them for 3 days and they kept giving me the run around and told me the main manager was not there but would call me. Never……

“We had several A/C issues and there never seemed to be an urgency even when our room was at 92 degrees and we said there is no way we can sleep in there. We moved rooms once and then there was another a/c issue. We felt we had to keep checking in on the status and were not getting any updates. Fridge also was not keeping food cold. Otherwise all was great but that was a very key issue that was extremely frustrating.”
