“I guess the first thing I should say is, I’m the last person in the world that ever fills any of these things out. I don’t waste my time with surveys, giving emails to stores, so they can send me emails I don’t want etc.. This is one of the very few times I’ve taken the time to express the convenience, cleanliness, communication, and overall peaceful and pleasant experience in which I has. “Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.”

“We stayed 4 nights, and throughly enjoyed the stunning back yard and pool area, as well as the cute and comfortable casita. Charles was an excellent and responsive host, that made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so convenient for traveling back into Phoenix, Scottsdale, or up north to Sedona. There is some traffic noise, but the incredible crystal waterfall pouring into the pool masks most of the noise. The landscaping is lovely, and attracted hummingbirds on the patio. The……

“The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property.”
