“Quiet nice neighborhood. Convenient location for our event. Felt safe & secure. Casita was clean. Not the most comfortable mattress. The casita has several unnecessary pieces of bedframe storage addition thst take upnspace that.could be used for a small table so we could have had our meal not on the bed or floor. Also lacking a coffee pot orKeurig. Property manager were helpful & responded quickly. Not much check out info listed. Overall 3.5 stars for comfort, 5 stars on location, cleanliness &……

“Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.”

“I guess the first thing I should say is, I’m the last person in the world that ever fills any of these things out. I don’t waste my time with surveys, giving emails to stores, so they can send me emails I don’t want etc.. “We stayed 4 nights, and throughly enjoyed the stunning back yard and pool area, as well as the cute and comfortable casita. Charles was an excellent and responsive host, that made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so convenient for traveling back into Phoenix, Scottsdale, or up north to Sedona. There is some traffic noise, but the incredible crystal waterfall pouring into the pool masks most of the noise. The landscaping is lovely, and attracted hummingbirds on the patio. The……

“No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. ”
