“Just nasty dirty from the floors to the furniture to the elevators. Short staff, never able to find assistance. No milk for the cereal bar. Beds felt like we were sleeping with mattresses on top of boards. Biggest complaint was check in. I had the same last name as another guest and was checked into rm under other guest whose card was decline. Charged twice, once online thru hotels.com then again at the hotel. There is absolutely no where to park. Your choices are valet for $40 or meters for……

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
