“You wouldn’t know this bungalow is just a block from anything you would need in the way of groceries, shopping, restaurants. Very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is, other than a great assortment of pots, pans, skillets, and knives, there was nothing else to cook with. No mixing/serving bowls, no bakeware, very little flatware. I was constantly washing dishes (we ate all our meals in). I had to buy a can opener which I left for the next guest. But we made do and really enjoyed our stay.……

“A lovely home right by the lake. Plenty of nearby trails to hike, and the water was right there. Lovely views. The home is extremely pet friendly with signs everywhere saying they welcome owners with pets. I left money on the table for the cleaning crew, and the owner reminded me that I had already paid that in my regular payment and they refunded the money.”

“We had a nice time during our stay. The house check in process was easy and straight forward. The roads to get there were a little bit challenging to drive if unfamiliar with the area. The house was on a beautiful lake, however, the fishing advertised, was unavailable due to the high water of the lake and the doc under water. In addition, on the last day, we did find a cockroach in the clothes of our children up in the loft area. ”

“Your property location was ideal for our trip. Everything we needed was within 10 to 15 minutes. My adult daughter uses a wheelchair so getting in and out of the house was complicated but doable. We love the smooth floors for the same reason. The beds felt good after long days of standing. We loved the deck and enjoyed it so much with the beautiful spring weather. Overall, great experience here. Would definitely recommend”

“This house was within an easy drive to Mammoth Cave. It was clean and the owner was very responsive and answered calls quickly. Some of our minor complaints were wish the kitchen had more cookware i.e. bigger skillet, cookie sheets. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. Thank you! ”

“The drive up to the house made me think to myself, I chose the right home. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Check in was easy, space was perfect, kitchen is as pictured and they have a massaging chair which we all enjoyed. I liked that they had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. I only cooked once and it was for breakfast but it was super helpful. The main bed was so nice I fell in the love with the two sink bathroom. The bed mattress was very confortable.
