“We showed-up and there was no water!!! The city came through the day before replacing water meters on the street and turned off the water. The host/manager were all over it and they had the water turned on in less than an hour.Great job!!! Great stay!!! We'll be back!!!”

“Cute little loft style efficiency snack dab in the middle of nowhere. The loft was awesome and rustic - gave us alot of ideas for our home shop back at home! The only places to visit/eat/explore are ALL Mom & Pop shops - which was perfect for us, as well. The grounds are under construction but we're gonna return next year to see how far they've brought this little slice of heaven. ”

“Cabin was clean and the lake was beautiful. Nice place to relax with friends. The big covered porch was a huge plus since it rained for part of our trip. ”

“We did just a small getaway with family from out of town. We live in Dawson Springs and planned a different trip then usually. We normally go ti Gatlinburg, but decided to stay close since our youngest daughter starts Varsity cheer practice today, and wanted to try a new spot closer to home. We truly enjoyed ourselves. ”

“The house and property was much nicer than the pictures even suggest. It was clean, well kept, and offered lots for this blended family with kids of a wide age range. “First off, Kirsten is a top notch property manager, she answered all 1k of my emsils promplty...she is PHENOMENAL!, I cannot stress that enough. So if anyone is questioning any of her properties, dont seconed guess it. She is my go to in the future for any trips down south again!, phenomenal propery, clean, beautiful, convenient. “This is a great property that can accommodate a larger group easily. The main house is very nice, some highlights were the well stocked kitchen, relaxing den area, and the back porch with a wood burning fireplace (and plenty of firewood available). The bunk house is better for kids than adults, though our adults managed just fine! WiFi worked pretty well for being so remote.
