“Hotel has recently undergone a name change, so it was confusing as it differed from my reservation. Breakfast bar was good but not kept stocked continuously when items ran out. Outside parking lot looked worn and not maintained.”
"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks.
