“I rent this property every summer when I go to visit my grandsons. It’s only minutes away from them and they love hanging out at the pool and hot tub with me… it’s only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney without being in the noisy area… It’s very easy to get checked in and get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with plenty of towels for both bathrooms and bedding. The only issue we had this last time was that someone was parked in our parking spot the whole……

“This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. There was a covered parking spot under the unit and the location had some cute, independent coffee shops within a short walking distance. “I didn't realize that this unit was part of a four-plex (actually two four-plexes - side by side) with a parking lot at the back. That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. There was a green grassy area for kids or pets off the parking lot and a lovely porch on the……

“We were sent the code close to 4pm to self check in, I had to message host to get exact address, but host responded quickly with the correct address. House was clean and spacious enough for our family’s 3 night getaway. Kitchen and laundry had great appliances, just no dishwasher. The bedrooms had plenty of space for all 4 of our kids to have their own beds The 2 bathrooms are small, but both showers worked well with plenty of hot water and there were enough towels for all of us.The area is……

“The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.”
