“I loved staying here. i was surprised to see a note as i walk in stating volume buttons on the tv do not work. Upon further investigation, the TV has a heavy layer of dust on it. It is a plasma from 2012. As a tech geek i hate that the TV is so outdated. As a consumer i dont like that nothing about the TV was said in the listing. Outside of that, the stay was magnificent. 1 star taken away because there was no prior communication about a broken tv, ”

“Our family (two parents, two grandparents, 12 yr old, and 6 yr old) had a good stay at this home. It was as described in the photos. The kitchen is VERY nice.We had a few issues with the stay. Host provided the wrong passcode for the lockbox, had to reach out to get the correct code (had forgotten they had changed it)A few days in one of the beds broke. It was handled, but host was slow to reply on the first day it happened, so we had to rearrange sleeping for one night until it was fixed.……

“Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed……

However, the property still needs some basic amenities (such as forks) and has overstock of others (full set of steak knives). “The most important thing to know is that Roger is hands down the best host I have ever dealt with, and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. He was incredibly communicative and helpful whenever I ran into an issue. He was also very gracious with a particular incident. I really can't say enough about his kindness.Now onto the house!
