“The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. “I didn't realize that this unit was part of a four-plex (actually two four-plexes - side by side) with a parking lot at the back. That said, our downstairs unit access was great - check in was a breeze and the owner stayed in touch and answered questions. The unit had everything we needed, including the basics in the kitchen, a massive washer/dryer, excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds.
