“We took our family up to Cincy for the 4th weekend to see other family. The hotel was decent.. but let me tell you what really stood out to us.. the Front desk lady.. JESSICA! She has so sweet, and so kind. Her and my husband had a great time picking back and forth. My husband used to stay at this hotel before me and there was a gentlemen that worked there and was wonderful he said Jessica was just as amazing and she will be the reason we return! Thank you for the amazing stay. Will say though……

“It was moldy, dirty, broken cabinets, holes in carpet, smelly. The breakfast area was discussing. Microwave was gross, a gallon of milk was on the counter, warm, which everyone touches that handle. Coffee was cold. One yougart. Toast and bagels almost empty. No waffle mix and the entire counters were dirty. Trash can was full. No attendant around. This was only 7:45. Shampoos etc. were half used I actually would like a refund for the two rooms I rented. The health department would probably……

“房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。”
