“Pleasant stay - minor housekeeping issue and bathtub had gashes around the top and at in the bathtub-an unusual site. Please take that room offline until that issue is mitigated. Please add more handicap parking spaces.”

Room still had actual keys to the doors. The front desk was still operating with hand written details rather than technology. We would stay again. ”
