“This was our third cabin we’ve tried in the Hocking area and loved it! We were there over the Valentine’s weekend and didn’t have the best weather. Unfortunately we didn’t get an opportunity to take advantage of the pond, but it was a nice visual! Loved everything about the place!”

“We had a great stay! Friends and I visited for Buckeye Lake Winterfest and had a lovely time. The property is situated very close to the lake and was a quick walk to the docks where the kickoff event took place. It is also such a cute and welcoming property! We loved the hot tub in the cold winter weather and being able to cozy up and watch a movie after being out all day. Thanks to Krissie for being an inviting and communicative host! ”

“As someone who frequents Hocking Hills numerous times a year, this has been my favorite stay. Everything was immaculate. The home was clean, and absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do this property a justice. The host was responsive, and prompt in replies. Lots of very good restaurants and gas stations nearby. We will definitely be returning! ”

“Just a little disappointed in the actual location of this home, as it appears in the description that it is on the lake which it isnt, its across the street and you cannot look out and actually gaze upon the lake. Upon our arrival I was a little disappointed the stairs going up to the door were covered in snow and ice. There were no shovels or snow tools to remove it and it was a little dangerous taking my 88 yr old Mom up those steps. Later I found a broom and dust pan and used the dust pan……

“Our stay was absolutely great, we live 6 minutes away and had an unexpected home repair which required us to be out of the home for 24 hrs due to the foam insulation being harmful to our lungs, the host was very responsive and even able to accommodate our special needs. “So over all it was great! Country living is how we live at home, so this was very much like home. There are a few things to know before booking ur stay. Make sure you bring extra bath towels, wash clothes, bathroom hand towels, kitchen hand towels & dish rags as there were only 8 bath towels for 6 ppl for 6 days. And not the best towels I’d say, old. Make sure u bring trash bags as well, as there were only 2. And bring toilet paper, cuz you won’t have enough of that either! The water pressure……

“Loved this cabin and would love to come back! Clean and cozy! Hot tub and deck area so serene. Nice view. The only thing I advise (I would not call this a complaint), is about the steep incline up to the cabin! 4 wheel drive may be better if you have it! I have an All-wheel drive RAV4, but had trouble at times getting up the hill. But again not a COMPLAINT just posting more as an FYI for other visitors :) ”
