“Loved that it was remote but still close enough to town. Roomy house for sure. I would just suggest to bring your own toiletries. We had a bit of an issue with the Wi-Fi but I did not contact the host about it because we really didn't care we were not there for the Wi-Fi 😀. Overall I would stay again. Good communication with the host.”

“The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. “The property was amazing, with a large commercial stove, perfect for cooking for a large group, and there were plenty of beds for all, with each listed bedroom having its own bathroom. The waterfall and outdoor seating/recreation area was truly unique. ”

We went on VBRO to searching for a property and this one appealed to us. Wow, Wow, Wow….what a location (on the banks of the Delaware River)…it is private and tranquil. The cottage has all the modern conveniences and well appointed. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back. ”
