“Retired from Warwick to Las Vegas. Returned to Orange County for my 50th high school reunion. Property had a discreet back emtrance and elevator to the second floor. Had no difficulties. Everything was as described. My advice would be to rent the unit in the back for less street noise, but to each his/her own. Some may prefer the front view.”

“At first, everything seemed very clean, but as soon as you open cabinets and start using appliances, you will realize how dirty everything is. The laundry machine, dish washer, garbage can, and inside of every single cabinet and closet were absolutely filthy. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and there was damage on the ceiling from a water leak that looked molded and disgusting. There were no garbage bags for the kitchen (we had to buy them and left a box in the cabinet under the sink for……

“We loved the location and the owners of the house. The space was very spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. There was an air mattress in the closet which saved us from having to purchase one. The restroom and shower are good. The negatives are the steps going down if you are older, the TV only has Chromecast, so nothing to watch unless you have it on your phone, and you can hear some noise from the house above which was okay for us, but if you are looking for total silence keep……
