“The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.”

“Had an amazing stay, considering the location is across the street from a restaurant it was not super noisy. The bedroom temperature was a little warm but there was a portable fan available which was helpful. Location is so convenient, everything is walking distance. Will definitely come back! ”

“Good space. Location was great, although if you leave the windows open, it can be a bit noisy. But, they are double-paned so super quiet when closed. The addition of a parking space with this rental is a bonus. We had a great short stay and would highly recommended. Communication with Jody was excellent.”

“Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room.”
