“Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators.
