The bed was really uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, the instructions for check in were a little difficult to understand, we had a hard time finding the lockbox and which entrance to use. “This was not a good experience. Here are the details: - You have to drive to a different location to pick up the keys - That office has limited hours - There is a cleaning fee in the fine print (225 ZL) - Some furniture is in poor condition - The power went off in the apartment and we had to be home to get it fixed - The parking security gate worked occasionally so we were sometimes locked in or locked out. - The master bedroom door can't open all the way because the bed is in the way - People……

“Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.”
