“Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. The floors and coffee maker could use a deeper clean, and the kitchen counters had some residue that could be wiped down. A quick refresh in these……

“Property is beautiful and a very nice place to stay. Listing said sleeps 4 but upon check in it had been changed to two! Fortunately our adult children were not able to attend but it was stressful to have that last minute change and not sure why that would happen. Arrival at night was not very well organized as we were not given the unit number. FYI there is a property address then each unit has a number. We had to try our security code on a few doors before we found ours. Would stay again but……

Everything would be perfect if there were no smell of weed from the other room at night. It's just our preference, and we know this is a non-smoking hotel. “我們透過hotel.com訂了五天四夜有湖景的房間，滿心期待的這次放鬆小旅行，hotel.com介紹這家飯店有廚房、健身設施、蒸氣室、釣魚場、高爾夫球場、迴力球場、網球場、帆板運動場、潛水⋯洋洋灑灑 寫一堆，結果來到這裏當場傻眼，不但沒有上述說的所有設施，房間內連電話都沒提供。 不用懷疑就是室內電話，所以如果你有事想找櫃檯，抱歉請親自下樓。還有房間內擺設佈滿灰塵，窗簾拉開還有蜘蛛網，原來天花板上有好幾隻蜘蛛在爬來爬去。旅館在大馬路旁非常吵，窗簾也無法密合，簡直糟糕透頂！已經向訂房網站投訴，已經是嚴重欺騙消費者的行為！”

“Easy & fast check in. Friendly staff. Lovely grounds. The one bedroom with two double beds, plus area with couch was very spacious for 2 adults & one child. Would recommend! ”
