“The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. “Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious ”

“飯店還算新，服務人員很好，雖然飯店離主要市區有點遠，但因飯店有小巴士，隨時可載你下去或回飯店，所以一點都不覺得不方便。早餐雖然有點單調，但晚餐很棒。所以整體來說，還是值得在此住宿。湖區景色很棒。”
