“My husband and I have traveled all around the world, and this is one of my favorite hotels of all time. The attention to detail is incredible, and the staff is amazing. The hotel itself is not only a piece of history but a work of art. I would go back to Cincinnati again simply to stay here. “The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming. “Rooms are individualized and very comfortable. We stayed in the Copland Room. Bed was excellent. The entire experience was fun and personal. We had after dinner drinks and desert at the bar before bed. There is a roof top area to sit outside. It was a cool place to hang out at night. Highly recommend!”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at this remodeled, trendy, convenient property with great amenities. We stayed in a King Suite and was awesome! We are already looking into shower upgrade options at home to match the fantastic spa like feel the shower had. The bed was hands down, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. “I liked the convenience to the stadum. There were only 2 people working to checkin. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in.The hotel carpet was stained and dirty. Bathroom shower head was scaly and wasn't a walk in.The mini fridge made a bad noise.”
