“We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The keypad codes did not work upon entry, so there was a bit of waiting time to contact the rental company and get that squared away and gain access to the house. It is spacious and lovely. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the 2 bedrooms above the garage, as we did not know where they were located. The kitchen could use a bit of updating in the pots/pans area as well. “Lovely place- view is incredible and we comfortably fit 4 families with grown kids (16 people) to celebrate Thanksgiving. Not sure we could have slept 20 as listed- had to use air mattresses to supplement bed space with grown boys. “The property was just as advertised. It was very nicely laid out and had an excellent amount of amenities. The multiple kitchens and sitting/communal areas were great for the large group of friends that were staying at the property. No complaints about the house at all. One suggestion to improve a guest stay is to consider to put all the house "rules/suggestions for the area" in one location (binder) than sprinkled through the house. “Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas.
