“House and dock has everything you could ask for. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was no issue. Dock is close to a busy road but it is not noticeable or noisy at all. in fact, really liked the private-like cove. Our kids enjoyed the paddleboards, kayak, floaties, etc. would stay there again!”

“Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. The water toys and access were great. We rented a boat one day and has it dropped off outside of the house, which made for a really easy experience. Rashid was great and answered all……

“New, clean fully equipped home and boathouse. We spent a short time but will definitely rent this again. The bedrooms are spacious, living room and open kitchen plan provide good entertaining space. Basement is furnished and has extra beds for young kids . Ideal for families and group of friends looking for a good getaway for the summer. Property managers are friendly and courteous. “Our Stay at Ken's Lake Anna home was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family could want to have fun and also get some rest and relaxation. We brought our 16mo daughter and felt the house was very safe for her to run around .The close proximity to the beach and playground is a big bonus and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. The keypad codes did not work upon entry, so there was a bit of waiting time to contact the rental company and get that squared away and gain access to the house. It is spacious and lovely. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the 2 bedrooms above the garage, as we did not know where they were located. The kitchen could use a bit of updating in the pots/pans area as well.
