The flat has almost no amenities, it would be good to have at least some dish washing detergent and sponges, as travellers might just want to wash a few glasses which doesn’t have to be put in the dishwasher. Still uses small bottles of shampoo and body wash, which is not environmental friendly and not enough for the number of people booked. Staff is friendly and helpful. "We had an amazing experience at Meriton Suites Broadbeach, thanks to the outstanding service from Bernatte and Jian. As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free. "The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible."
