“It was very quiet when we stayed as it was Easter weekend and it is mainly used for corporate/ business folk . The place is very nice , clean and been furnished in a modern style. Beds are very comfy and the continental breakfast was more than adequate ! It was a shame they don’t have a restaurant currently. It’s right next to the Railway Station so would make it easy to get the train to Liverpool or Manchester etc so would also suit tourists. It is central Warrington do isn’t exactly a nice……

“A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.”

“Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. Generally, excellent value for money.”

“The staff are nice”

“Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional……

“Don’t expect sterile bright modern ambiance. It is a 200+ year old country farmhouse but it is so charming and and well kept with lots of period touches along with everyday conveniences. Clean, warm, with amazing traditional English touches - tea and teapot with biscuit jar in the room - Sherry decanter but bright clean modern bathroom with powerful shower. Dining room for amazing selection of homemade breakfasts and An evening parlor for a glass of wi e to serve for yourself. Very welcoming……

“Great property close to centre of altrincham. I didn’t get an email response initially but then was connected via text to Georgi who was very responsive and friendly. Car parking spaces full when arrived but space in street out of parking time limitations and they gave a permit for next day. Would use again ”
