“Mattress looked like it came out of a dumpster, mold and very badly stained. Old used soap bars in bathroom. Fridge smelled terrible. Slept in couch first night as arrived late. Left at sunrise and advised host who said they would call for refund. Since then unavailable. VRBO states that host tried to resolve issues by offering to deliver a new soap bar. The home was a health hazard and we had to evacuate as quickly as possible for fear of health related issues. ”

“The location and property were great. The check in process was rough. I didn’t receive any check in info before arrival and then it took a bit to connect to the property owner. I think this was a minor issue that the owner will correct moving forward. He did a good job communicating once we were in the unit.
