“The provided facilities, in terms of the fridge shack etc could do with updating and the site is a lot smaller than anticipated so we were greatful of only one other pod being occupied. Had there have been others there, there wouldn’t have been much privacy at all. Coat hooks being on the same wall as the plugs/shelf etc meant coats hanging over the kettle , but the pod itself was lovely and clean, amazingly comfortable bed. “It is a terrible place to stay, the only (small) window of the studio was just above a generator running 24/7, so the smoke of the exhaust pipe would enter the studio if we wanted to open the window for fresh air! Plus constant noise of the engine. They send like 10 automatic emails in a day but never reply to my messages about my request to change room, never offer for a partial reinsbursement. “The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen.
