The house was perfect and very spacious and lots to keep the kids entertained without having to leave the house for the weekend. “The problem with this rental is a lack of adequate heat. We arrived on a bitterly cold December night a few days before Christmas. Our two adult children stayed with my dad at his house in Goldthwaite and my husband and I rented this house for ourselves, A cold front had blown in. “Melissa and Bob are the most gracious and helpful hosts. We spent 3 months there to escape our home state winter. Acres of land to explore. Great bass fishing. The dogs are very friendly. The horses Roy and JR, and the donkey Jack are a hoot. All very friendly. Still can say enough about Melissa and Bob, wonderful people. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and cleaning. The WiFi is super. There is a fiber optic line running thru the property so I suspect they are connected……
