“I really love this hotel. Good location, big room, friendly staffs. Only thing I can complain is the parking fee is quite expensive.”

“客房設計典雅舒適，但說真的訂面對都市景的房間很受隔壁棟辦公大樓影響，睡覺還是很能感受隔壁辦公室的亮光，還是推薦考量住宿的人選擇面河景觀房。客房清潔但因為我們住宿三晚，第一晚有忘記補充盥洗用品狀況，電話要求客房服務但速度頗慢不像五星級飯店應有的水準。 飯店所在位置很獨特很美，但交通不易，所以要吸引人們來住宿，勢必在服務上要做加強。曾有一天早晨約十點我們特別到櫃檯告知請在一點前來整理房間，兩個小孩要睡午覺，但一點回到房間仍未整理。我們打電話告知櫃檯請他們快來整理但仍是等了將近一個小時才來，而那時小孩已經在房內睡著燈已關，本來要求下午一點前整理的房間，用到下午四點我們全家都在房間睡著了才一直開門要整理……服務很不好”

“Far away from train station and airport. Not in a walkable distance. Need to take Uber at around Euro 10 to reach hotel”

“This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it. The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others.”

“I could live here! We were here for 1 night and then travelled to Frankfurt. We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. Hope to come back some time. ”
