“This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone. “The view from absolutely everywhere is stunning. We had the chance to see a plethora of birds and monkeys from our little pool in our balcony. The drive there is a little challenging but the location makes it all worth it. Taking a shower indoor/outdoor is one of a lifetime experience. ”

“Die Ecolodge ist schon toll, auch wenn das Areal, in dem die Lodges stehen, überall in USA auch stehen könnte, es ist dort "sehr aufgeräumt". Trotzdem ist der Aufenthalt etwas besonderes. Der angrenzende Regenwald ist riesig mit vielen Trails und einer Hängebrücke. Auch die Tiersichtungen während wir im Restaurant saßen, war wie im Kino, echt toll! Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. “Insgesamt ein wirklich schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ansonsten wirkte der Service eher unmotiviert. Obwohl es sehr ruhig im Hotel war, waren die Bedienung bei den Mahlzeiten manchmal längere Zeit nicht anwesend. Leider waren die Mahlzeiten eher unterdurchschnittlich.
