“I met the manager when I arrived. He is very nice, introduced the detail of the equipment and gave me some snacks & drinks. The room is new & clean, the space is big enough even you keep opened your luggage. The design is good, you can find more than what you need in the room. About 10-15mins walk to the train station / get something to eat.”

“We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities.
We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we……

“Lovely property, right on the very edge of the main tourist district. Very clean. Nice to have a balcony (ashtrays provided). Very close to buses and trolley buses, and a small grocery shop just over the corner. If you read your emails from master properties you can’t go wrong. Witnessed a couple of people who didn’t pay attention so explained to them how to check in. The system works perfectly provided you don’t ignore your messages. Cleaning staff very pleasant, and kitchen well thought……

“This hotel located a bit further to city centre but rather quiet area. There's tram number 1 easily going to the city centre. There's a self service hotel but everything has been told before our arrival. It's quiet. Room is big enough for 2 people. A nice lounge area and working space with a coffee machine. You can store your drink in their fridge at the lounge area. A little bit cleaning can be done in the room but overall it was a nice stay! :)”

“Stayed in one bedroom apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Had a good kitchen and a personal sauna. Personnel were very helpful and spoke good English. “This place was better than any of the hotels we stayed in throughout Bavaria... loved the kitchen amenities and the views were actually of mountains! 10/10 i would recommend for anyone wanting to visit salzburg. Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season.”
