“住宿體驗很好，環境優美，早餐好吃，整片湖上有鴨子與天鵝，皇宮區域的圖書館讓人驚艷，還可騎腳踏車沿著湖繞行，唯一可惜的是房間燈光較暗，較便宜的房間不提供熱水壺與茶包。”

“Nice to stay at this hotel. Good location with many restaurants, supermarket and DM. Go to tourist area by bus only 15-20 mins by bus or by walking for 30 mins. We are pleased to get the upgrade to the biggest room on second floor. We like their art design every where at he hotel. Very nice staff clearly to introduce the sightseeing area to us. We will come to stay at this hotel again”

“Beautiful room, everything was clean and the decor is modern. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were the best. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is small - no iron in the room. However, they do offer laundry service if needed.”

“ㄧ切都很好，但有兩點建議，ㄧ是若客人提早入住至少要讓來客可以進入到luggage locker區域內略作休息至規定的時間按密碼才進入房間，且luggage locker區域應設置廁所（WC)，不能讓客人站在旅館前面風吹日曬雨淋而苦等無處去；二則是房間內空調設施不好控制，（不管是溫度或風量）導至本人4/27晚上整晚吹風而受寒（因為眠被很暖，室溫調太高會踢被，調太低又久降不下來），僅此建議！現本人略有感冒跡象，剛開始喉嚨癢現已發展成有痰，ㄧ受風就喉嚨不舒服，且開始有留鼻水現象”
