Talking in a whispered way, I had no choice to beg his pardon. And he rolled his eyes then yelled at me.By the way, the young receptioner was willing to help.”

“Nice to stay at this hotel. Good location with many restaurants, supermarket and DM. Go to tourist area by bus only 15-20 mins by bus or by walking for 30 mins. We are pleased to get the upgrade to the biggest room on second floor. We like their art design every where at he hotel. Very nice staff clearly to introduce the sightseeing area to us. We will come to stay at this hotel again”

“近午夜12點餐廳音樂聲在房間也聽得到，反應給櫃檯得到的回應是有party 所以沒辦法 ，如果你在乎噪音，請考慮。其他的部分，房間乾淨舒適、廁所有浴缸。”

“接待大廳的男店員服務態度不佳，飯店沒補備品，下樓請他提供，要我先上樓等等再送上樓，結果30分鐘後還沒送上樓，下樓再到櫃檯問他說他有送但沒人應門。真的是說謊～ 飯店算是簡單的青年旅社，沒有水(須跟櫃檯購買一罐2.5歐)，頗貴；也沒有冰箱；備品也只有洗髮/洗澡二合一那種；優點就是離車站近。”
